in Kansas, Kansas City-St. Joseph, Lexington, Lincoln, Louisville,
Omaha, Owensboro, Salina, Sioux City, Springfield-Cape Girardeau,
St. Louis, and Wichita.
Region IX
Fall Meeting
Deacon Bill McNamee, Diocese of Springfield-Cape Girardo,
has graciously offered to host our Fall Regional Meeting. Here are some
details that Bill has given me:

Dates: Noon on Monday, September 15 to noon
on Tuesday, September 16, 2008.

Location: Comfort Inn Motel, Springfield, MO
(For meeting as well as overnight stay). It's located at the
intersections of Hwy #65 and Battlefield Road (Bill will send
directions later).

Cost: $59/night plus tax for king or two
double beds and includes full hot breakfast and drinks in the
afternoon.
NOTE: Please make your own reservation by calling
887-570-8200 before September 1, 2008. Group identification: Immaculate
Conception Group.
Additional nights (Saturday, Sunday, or Tuesday) may be
reserved at the same rate. Mass will be at Immaculate Conception Parish
in Springfield about two miles away.
Bill told me that he is still working on the lunch arrangements and
dinner
for Monday evening. He is trying to arrange either a dinner theater or
dinner and a show at affordable prices.
