EXHIBITOR

 

Exhibitor Package • $500

Notes: Exhibitors receive one 6-foot table (draped and covered), two chairs, waste basket and daily cleaning of the exhibit area by hotel staff. NADD will assign exhibit spaces on a first-come, first-served basis with reservations accompanied by full payment of charges. Signage, backdrops, and exhibit materials must fit within the 6-foot wide exhibit space provided. If an exhibit is larger than will fit in one 6-foot wide space, an additional space should be reserved. Electricity and Wireless Internet, if required, has a supplemental charge. Shipping, set-up, tear-down, hotel rooms, and meals are the responsibilities of the exhibitors. Advertising artwork/logos must be supplied as “camera ready” PDF artwork in the size and orientation noted by March 23, 2015. Adjustments or corrections will be billed at $125/hour for a minimum of one hour time. Exhibitor Liabilities: Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold the National Association of Diaconate Directors (NADD) harmless from all damages, claims, lawsuits or liabilities of any kind or nature, including attorney fees, arising out of or in any way related to the exhibitor’s leasing of or us of the leased space. The exhibitor waives all claims, which it may now have or in the future arising from injuries to the exhibitor’s person or personal property in any way related to the exhibitor’s leasing of or us of the leased space. Refunds are 100% for cancellations up to 90 days in advance of convention; 50% for cancellations up to 60 days in advance of convention; and 0% for cancellation 30 days in advance of convention.
